We are confident in the construction and durability of our apparel. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Conditions for Return
All returned items must meet the following strict criteria:

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resalable condition. Any items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

Tags: All original hangtags and labels (including the NCS // GREAT LAKES DEPT. hem tag) must be fully attached.

Final Sale Items: All products marked as Final Sale (e.g., heavily discounted items, custom orders) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Processing

Initiation: All returns must be initiated through our online portal. Do not send back products without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refund Amount: The full purchase price will be credited back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee (Warning): North Coast Supply reserves the right to assess a 15% restocking fee if the item is returned outside of the 30-day window or is deemed to require excessive processing to return to resalable condition.

Processing Time: Expect 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed once the return package has been inspected and approved at our facility.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color based on inventory availability. The fastest method is to place a new order for the desired item and process the original item as a standard return for a refund.
Shipping Responsibility
Sizing/Preference: For returns based on customer preference or sizing errors, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost inbound packages.
