OFFICIAL RULES: NORTH COAST SUPPLY CO. "THE POP-UP" SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The North Coast Supply Co. "Pop-Up" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of North Coast Supply Co. ("Sponsor"), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. SPONSOR: North Coast Supply Co., located in East Tawas, Michigan ("Sponsor").

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to enter:

  • a. Event Entry (QR Code): Attend a participating North Coast Supply Co. Pop-Up Event, scan the designated QR code, and fully complete the digital registration form with your name and valid email address.

  • b. Alternative Means of Entry (AMOE / Mail-In): To enter without attending an event or making a purchase, hand-print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: North Coast Supply Co., ATTN: Sweepstakes Entry, PO Box 832 Tawas City, MI 48764. You will receive one (1) entry into the applicable drawing period based on the postmark date. Limit: One (1) entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by January 18, 2026 and received by January 23, 2026. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE DRAWING: Sponsor will select potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

6. PRIZES: Grand Prize: Five (5) Winners will receive one (1) pair of Ray-Ban® Polarized Sunglasses. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $160.00 USD each. Total ARV of all prizes: $800.00 USD. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

7. RELEASE: By participating, Entrants and Winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, Inc., Instagram, Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan or the appropriate Michigan State Court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees.

11. ENTRANT'S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.northcoastsupply.co/privacy-policy.

12. WINNER LIST: For a list of winners, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Winners List, North Coast Supply Co. Sweepstakes, PO Box 832, Tawas City, 48764. Requests must be received by February 18, 2026.
