We are confident in the construction and durability of our apparel. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Conditions for Return

All returned items must meet the following strict criteria:

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resalable condition. Any items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

• Tags: All original hangtags and labels (including the NCS // GREAT LAKES DEPT. hem tag) must be fully attached.

• Final Sale Items: All products marked as Final Sale (e.g., heavily discounted items, custom orders) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Processing

• Initiation: All returns must be initiated through our online portal. Do not send back products without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• Refund Amount: The full purchase price will be credited back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Restocking Fee (Warning): North Coast Supply reserves the right to assess a 15% restocking fee if the item is returned outside of the 30-day window or is deemed to require excessive processing to return to resalable condition.

• Processing Time: Expect 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed once the return package has been inspected and approved at our facility.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color based on inventory availability. The fastest method is to place a new order for the desired item and process the original item as a standard return for a refund.

Shipping Responsibility

Sizing/Preference: For returns based on customer preference or sizing errors, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost inbound packages.

Processing and Fulfillment

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

• Inventory: All shipping times are contingent upon inventory availability. If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified within 24 hours with an adjusted shipping estimate.

Liability: Once a package is successfully scanned and marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), North Coast Supply Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend customers in high-risk areas use a secure, known delivery address.

Shipping Tiers and Estimates

We offer two primary tiers of service within the continental United States. Rates are calculated based on package weight and destination at checkout.

• Standard Utility: Typical delivery is 5–8 Business Days after processing. This is our economical option for routine delivery and bulk orders.

• Expedited Command: Typical delivery is 2–3 Business Days after processing. This service includes prioritized handling but comes at a higher cost, ideal for time-critical use.

Note on Deliveries: Due to the unpredictable weather and logistical challenges inherent to the North Coast, these estimates are targets. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

International Shipping

North Coast Supply currently ships to Canada and select overseas territories.

• Duties and Fees: The customer is fully responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in your shipping cost and will be billed directly by the carrier. We will not mark shipments as "gifts" to bypass customs fees.
