Shipping Policy
Processing and Fulfillment

Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Inventory: All shipping times are contingent upon inventory availability. If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified within 24 hours with an adjusted shipping estimate.
Liability: Once a package is successfully scanned and marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), North Coast Supply Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend customers in high-risk areas use a secure, known delivery address.
Shipping Tiers and Estimates
We offer two primary tiers of service within the continental United States. Rates are calculated based on package weight and destination at checkout.

Standard Utility: Typical delivery is 5–8 Business Days after processing. This is our economical option for routine delivery and bulk orders.

Expedited Command: Typical delivery is 2–3 Business Days after processing. This service includes prioritized handling but comes at a higher cost, ideal for time-critical use.
Note on Deliveries: Due to the unpredictable weather and logistical challenges inherent to the North Coast, these estimates are targets. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
International Shipping
North Coast Supply currently ships to Canada and select overseas territories.

Duties and Fees: The customer is fully responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in your shipping cost and will be billed directly by the carrier. We will not mark shipments as "gifts" to bypass customs fees.
